Refund policy

We don't accept returns. Instead, we have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Kiddiehug's exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased for sizing issues/wrong or damaged products (subject to availability). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. The exchange will be shipped to the requested address within 2 working days and the tracking details of the same will be shared.
